1 Apply to settle in

Check qualification information: The merchant first pays attention to the platform entry standards and confirms that it meets the requirements

Submit an application for admission: The merchant must send the information to the mailbox of the person in charge of various projects in accordance with the email requirements

Communication between the two parties: After receiving the information, the person in charge of the platform will get in touch with you as soon as possible

Confirm the cooperation intention: the person in charge of the platform will communicate with you on the cooperation terms and requirements, and both parties confirm the cooperation intention

2 Sign the contract

Send the contract: the person in charge of the platform mails the contract to the merchant

Qualification contract review: Merchants sign contracts and submit qualification documents to platform  as required

Qualification contract review: relevant platform departments review contracts and qualification documents

3 Preparation for opening a store

Prepare product information: The merchant prepares relevant pictures and descriptions of the cooperative products

Pay related fees: merchants pay security deposits and platform usage fees

Shop sales: The product operation manager will get in touch with you to arrange shop sales

Settlement guide

Funding requirements:

The company has a registered capital of RMB 500,000 and above RMB 500,000;

Authorization qualification:

It is necessary to ensure the integrity of the authorization chain, that is, the authorization obtained by the enterprise applying for settlement can be reversed back to the brand owner level by level;

Provide invoice:

All settled companies must provide consumers with regular invoices, and the name of the company stamped on the invoice must be the same as the name of the company that the merchant cooperates with commercial innovation;

application type:

The platform temporarily does not accept applications for opening stores of overseas brands that have not obtained the trademark registration certificate or trademark acceptance notice issued by the State Trademark Administration;

Real and effective:

Please ensure the authenticity and validity of the relevant qualifications provided before and after you settle in (if the relevant qualifications you provide are provided by a third party, such as trademark registration certificates, authorization letters, etc., please be sure to verify their true validity first). Once false qualifications are found, Your company will be included in the list of non-faithful merchants, the platform will no longer cooperate with you, and the deposit will be deducted.
