In order to implement the requirements of the State Council on adjusting and expanding the list of cross-border e-commerce retail imports, and promote the healthy development of cross-border e-commerce retail imports, the "List of Cross-border E-commerce Retail Imports (2019 Edition)" is hereby published, starting in 2020 It will be implemented on January 1.
After the implementation of this list, the list attached to the "Announcement of 13 Departments including the Ministry of Finance on Adjusting the List of Cross-border E-commerce Retail Import Commodities (2018 No. 157)" will be repealed at the same time.
