Hyundai Motor Company also unveiled the electric car model Mingtou Electric along with the 2nd generation Mingtou. Mingtou Electric has a 56.5kWh battery and secures a range of 520km, which is more than 20km longer than the same class model when fully charged once. Fast charging (30~80%) takes 40 minutes, and slow charging (0~100%) takes about 9.5 hours.


In addition, it has a strong power performance with a maximum output of 183.5ps (135kW) and a maximum torque of 31.6kg·m (310N·m). Hyundai Motor Company is expecting that the application of paddle shift regenerative braking will increase the braking feeling and add the fun of driving to satisfy the tastes of the young Chinese generation who pursue the pleasure of driving. Hyundai Motor Company plans to release its second-generation Ming Too and Ming To Electrics in next year to focus on targeting the Chinese market.
